There are two different Login: One is for CWC & other one is for Farmer.
By clicking on Farmer Login, you will be redirected to the portal of www.cropway.com and this portal is just for farmers & general public. Payments can be done by Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Net Banking.
By clicking on CWC Login, you will be redirected to CWC Dashboard where a Cropway Saathi (CWC) can see all the activities/transactions happening in his/her area of operations. Deliveries Scheduled, Order(s) in Process, Payments, etc. Only authorized & approved CWC will be able to Login through this part of Portal.
Cropway lists only genuine products from renowned companies. In our brand section you can see the name of brands listed in Cropway.
You can interact with Cropway in many ways. In Feedback form, you can send us feedback or suggestions & also upload a file as an attachment. Your feedback is valuable for us to make our services better.
You can interact with Cropway in many ways. In Inquiry form, you can inquire regarding agriculture inputs or services which are not listed in Cropway. You can ask us to list the product or service according to your requirement. You can also upload a file as attachment regarding your inquiry.
CWC is Cropway Coordinator, also referred as Cropway Saathi.
Cropway identify & appoints CWC in every possible village, where CWC acts as representative of Cropway. He only act as an agent/media to work as bridge between Cropway & Farmers.
CWC cannot appoint any other person as CWC in any village. Farmer can check the CWCs working for Cropway by Logging into Cropway Portal/App in their nearby Villages.
The nature of appointment is not that of An Employer & Employee; but of mutual association where a CWC commits him/her to the cause of Cropway.
Any person living in a village can apply through Cropway Portal/App to register as CWC for particular village.
Applicant must be 18 years plus at the time of Application.
However, just applying for CWC doesn’t confirms appointment; It is upon sole discretion of Cropway Management to ‘Accept or Reject’ any application.
A simple procedure to register as CWC is done through Cropway Portal/App; one just need to fill in some mandatory information & provide necessary basic ID Proof. All you need is:
- A Computer/Laptop/Tab/Smart Phone – At least any one
- An Internet Connection – Preferably 4G at your place (Mobile 4G will also do)
- A small space for storage (Min 100 Sq Ft)
- And Your Valuable Time to Work with Farmers at your Village
At the moment there is no registration fee for joining as CWC.
Cropway Management reserves all rights to levy registration charges in future as per Company Policy. A small annual maintenance charges would also be applicable which will be gradually adjusted from the CWC Incentives throughout the Year.
CWC’s major role is to act as bridge between Cropway & Cropway Kisaan (User).
CWC is One Point Contact for Farmer to reach out to Cropway.
CWC assist Farmer in Use of Cropway App, Payments Process, & Delivery of material at Farmer’s Doorstep.
CWC act as communicator of new launches, offers & schemes floated by Cropway for benefit of Farmers.
Detailed Role of CWC is communicated to CWC; once his/her application is approved and further he has to go through a small induction program & welcome kit as per policy of Cropway.
Cropway opens up an opportunity for CWC to earn not only a Good Living but also A Positive Contributor for Farming Community in his village.
On every transaction done by Farmer (User) registered under CWC; he will be eligible for an incentive on sales. Apart from incentive on sale, CWC will be entitled to various additional offers & schemes launched by Cropway or it’s vendors from time to time.
On joining Cropway, CWC is provided with Regular Incentive Structure on Sales.
Apart from “Incentive on Agri Sales to Farmers”; CWC can earn handsome additional incentive from “Cropway e-Suvidha B2B Platform” by catering to Retailers in or nearby his/her village.
No. A CWC is not free to commit any such things to Farmers.
Price, Delivery Time, & Returns/Refunds are governed as per the User Terms & Conditions mentioned in the Corpway Portal which a user agrees to while signing up.
Cropway doesn’t offer any credit facilities to farmer; in case a CWC offers Credit to farmer that is all in between CWC & Farmer in personal capacity and Cropway is not liable for any consequences arising out of such transaction.
CWC is not authorized to enter into any kind of contract with farmer on behalf of Cropway.
Yes, definitely.
Cropway will provide regular trainings to CWC by different mediums in the functioning of App, how to improve reach amongst farmers, latest technology up-gradation in field of agriculture, and other important aspects related to Agri AI.
Representatives of Cropway will also be visiting the CWC Centres from time to time.

Yes, it is possible.
Cropway can appoint multiple CWC in a village depending upon various situations arising out of Corporate Commitments & MoU of Cropway. Appointing a new CWC is at sole discretion of Cropway Management and no other CWC or Vendor can be party to this decision.
As discussed in earlier FAQs; a CWC is entitled for Incentive on every sale happening under his ID in the village.
Pay-outs will be calculated on Monthly basis and payments will directly credited to the CWC Bank Account linked with his Login ID. Further the Pay-out settlement can be reviewed from time to time as per discretion of Cropway Management.
A CWC is appointed for 3 years term.
On the basis of Performance Evaluation; a CWC appointment can be mutually extended or curtailed. AMC for maintain the CWC will be deducted annually as decided by the Cropway Management in CWC Incentives.
Yes, it is a rare possibility.
On the basis of Performance Evaluation; a CWC can be discontinued by the Cropway Management. Cropway is committed to provide best of its support to each and every CWC, and we expect a CWC to reciprocate in the same spirit. However, before any such discontinuation Cropway will take CWC in confidence.
Violation of any kinds of Cropway T&C and Cropway Ethics may also result in immediate termination of CWC.
Based on customer feedback as well, termination may happen. In general, we expect CWC to have good rapport in the Village and keep his conduct fair and trustworthy as per Cropway’s Corporate Values.
My Account & Orders (FAQs)
New Customer has to fill his contact details only once in a simple form to get registered in www.cropway.com either through web portal or by downloading application from Playstore. He/She can edit his profile any time. On successful registration, Customer gets registration email/sms from Cropway. Registration process can be done at the time of ordering also.
Your user id is your email id & phone number, both at a time in system, so you will never forget your user id. You will feel user friendly experience with dual login id.
If you forget your password, you can easily reset the password by clicking on link “forgotten password” below login window & new password will be sent to your registered email/mobile.
It is easy to update your Cropway account and view your orders any time through ‘My Account’. ‘My Account’ allows you complete control over your transactions on Cropway.com
Nobody else can see your details/transactions without valid User Login Credentials.

Yes, it is safe, Cropway do not share any personal detail with any outsiders.
No, Cropway won’t delete any customer account.
Customer account stays live forever at Cropway until you have valid login id & password.
As your account is created, you will get a registration email & Welcome SMS from Cropway & you will get information to access Cropway. Customer can ask for any of his queries anytime by contacting Cropway helpdesk. Registration email from Cropway also has brief information for using the portal.

Cropway sends newsletters through email/App Notifications/SMS to the subscriber about the latest news regarding the services, products, offers & schemes of Cropway. We don’t send unnecessary junk email. Generally, there are only 1 or 2 notifications per month.
Once your order has been placed by you or CWC (Cropway Saathi) then you will get one SMS & email mentioning order no. After receiving your order seller/cropway begins processing it. You will also be notified when the seller/Cropway ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s) by sms/mail after dispatching materials to you.
Unfortunately, products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ are not available for sale.
Shopping (FAQs)
It’s very simple, just like other e-commerce platforms.
Customer can buy Agri-Inputs showing button of ‘Add to Cart’.
Payment can be done using your Credit card, Debit card, UPI or Net banking. Which will be processed by payment gateway in a very secure manner.
Customer can process multiple products at a time with unlimited quantity in Shopping Cart.
Quantity of the item can be increased more than ‘Minimum Order Quantity’ in Shopping Cart.
A product could be listed under different prices. There could be sellers offering you the same product but at a different price. That is the nature of the Cropway marketplace, where different sellers compete for your order and by that way buyer get maximum benefits on Cropway.
You can shop on Cropway without online account. But you have to give all detail when you place order online through CWC (Cropway Saathi). It is recommended that you create one account. By creating your own Cropway account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations and benefits of valuable schemes.
Payments (FAQs)
Cropway offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that Cropway’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.
You may use Internet Banking to make your purchase. Cropway also accepts payments made using KCC (Kisaan Credit Card), Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India. You can even pay in Cash to CWC at your village and he in turn will make payments to Cropway from his Wallet.
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Cropway. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the Page after adding Product to your shopping cart & ready to make payments is exactly what you pay.
Currently, COD (Cash On Delivery) service is not available at Cropway. We are working towards it to extend this facility to our Cropway Kisaan in future. Once this facility will be available, you will be communicated via different mediums.
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.
Credit cards – We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D secure password/OTP.
Debit cards – We accept payments made using RuPay, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
Your online transaction on Cropway is secure with the highest levels of transaction security currently available on the Internet. Cropway’s online payment partner uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.
All credit card and debit card payments on Cropway are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading banks. Banks now use the 3D Secure password service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security through identity verification.
Cropway realizes the importance of a strong fraud detection and resolution capability. We and our online payments partners monitor transactions continuously for suspicious activity and flag potentially fraudulent transactions for manual verification by our team.
In the rarest of rare cases, when our team is unable to rule out the possibility of fraud categorically, the transaction is kept on hold, and the customer is requested to provide identity documents. The ID documents help us ensure that the purchases were indeed made by a genuine card holder. We apologies for any inconvenience that may be caused to customers and request them to bear with us in the larger interest of ensuring a safe and secure environment for online transactions.
The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the ‘Verified by VISA’ and ‘Mastercard SecureCode’ services, respectively.
The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
Yes. Cropway offers you the convenience of using your bank’s Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a highly secure transaction.

Order Status (FAQs)
You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the ‘My Account’ section In the My Account page, click on the ‘My Orders’ link to view the status of all your order.

Pending: Your order has been placed but product not shipped.
Reject: Your order has been rejected by seller or Cropway.
Deleted: Your order deleted or cancelled by self.
Payment Received: Authorization has been received from the payment Gateway and your order is being processed by the seller.
Shipped: Your order has been shipped by the seller and is on its way to the location specified by you for delivery.
Complete: You have already received product.
Return: The product delivered but return by yourself.
You can cancel your order before it reaches the ‘Shipped’ state. To cancel, please press delete icon in my order page.
No; in general a customer is allowed to cancel the Order before it reaches the “Shipped” status with certain T&C.
You are allowed to “Cancel” the order at max 2 times in a quarter. If a customer exceeds this limit; he may have to bear certain cancellation charges depending upon various conditions. User who keep on cancelling orders will be blacklisted as per Cropway’s Shipment Policy.
Shipping & Logistics (FAQs)
Delivery charge varies with each Seller. But you need not to worry about delivery charges as it is already included in product Price.
No. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Cropway. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the Payment Page is exactly what you would pay.
General delivery time is within 3 to 7 days but it may vary due to product type, source & destination.
Sellers or Cropway generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time is dependent on the following factors
1. The Seller offering the product.
2. Product’s availability with the Seller.
3. The destination to which you want the order shipped to and geographical location of the Seller.
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the logistics partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
Please enter your default pin code on the product page (you don’t have to enter it every time) to know more accurate delivery times on the product page itself.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on
• If the Seller ships to your location
• Legal restrictions, if any, on shipping particular products to your location
• The availability of reliable logistics partners in your location
At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.

The policy is updated from time to time depending upon multiple factors.
As of now, Cropway doesn’t deliver items internationally.
All deliveries are scheduled through our select Logistics Partner. You will be informed when the seller/Cropway ships your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number. During checkout you will be prompted to reconfirm your address linked to your Cropway Account; so that products reaches you in time.
All deliveries are scheduled through our select Logistics Partner. Every delivery will be routed through respective Cropway Saathi (CWC) at village level. Cropway will ensure that “Products Ordered” are delivered on time to CWC at village. CWC will further ensure that Products are delivered to Farmer’s Doorstep; in certain cases Farmer may be asked to collect the material from CWC.
Products sold by seller/cropway follow standard packing procedure. Packaging is an important aspect to ensure safe delivery; we at Cropway emphasize much about packaging & proper handling of products by our Logistics Partner.
Only few costly materials are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit.
All items sold by sellers on Cropway are delivered through our select Logistics partners or Indian post. You will be provided a Tracking ID for your order or Indian post through our website.
Cancellation and returns (FAQs)
You can cancel your order online if your order status not change from ‘Pending’ to ‘Shipped’.
We assure you that all materials sold on Cropway are reliable and genuine. In case the material you received is ‘Low quality’ or ‘Not as Described’ or ‘Damaged’ or ‘Not What You Ordered’, our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered.
Possible resolution could be Replacement or Refund in case we are unable to provide a Replacement. Buyer have to contact us for replacement or return of material immediately upon receiving the material. Our Return/Refund is governed as per User T&C defined here.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
Write to us at [email protected] in case you want to raise a dispute. Cropway looks at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties. Buyers and Sellers are subject to final consent from Cropway for settling the dispute.
• Return request is made outside the specified time frame
• Any materials that has been used.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
• Anything missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing.
Yes, We give unique order no for every product so one can cancel any one order out of many orders. OR You can Cancel the entire order and place a fresh order for better clarity.
We work to provide the most hassle-free shopping. You are covered and your money safe.
Refunds are issued when
• Seller cannot provide replacement.
• If any dispute, when a dispute has been ruled in your favour.
Please call us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful.
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
In order to cancel an item in your order:
• Log into your Cropway account and go to the ‘My Orders’ page
• Identify the order you want to cancel and click on the corresponding ‘Delete’ icon.
• Refresh my order page you will find “Deleted “status for particular that order.
Product weighing above 20 kg is called bulky product.
Bulky product above 20 kg will be delivered by transport at your nearest town place. You have to take delivery from transport office & you have to manage further transportation at your own cost.
Not actually to Cropway while shopping.
But, you have to take delivery from transport office situated at your nearest town place & you have to manage further transportation at your own cost.
In certain cases, where Material is shipped directly by Vendor to Farmer as per agreed terms; shipment may or may not be applicable as per agreement between them.
