Returns and Refund Policy

Here’s our Returns and Refund Policy details:

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on Cropway.com
  2. Return will be processed only if:
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories.
  3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or colour of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  4. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  5. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
  6. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
  7. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, we will provide a refund.

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

You can return products purchased from Cropway within the specified return/exchange period(check product details page for the same), except for our non-returnable products and high-value products which can only be returned for limited number of days.

Create a ‘Return Request’ under “My Orders” section of App/Website/M-site. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the ‘Return’ button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the item ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode

We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.

If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product to us

Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk.

Self-ship: In case your area pin code is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our Returns desk. Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. Kindly address the package to the address of the Returns desk closest to you. We have listed out the addresses of the Returns desk in another section on this page.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request on App/Website/M-site.

NOTE: NO PRODUCTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED IF THE WARRANTY CARD IS MISSING WHILE RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCTS.

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.
During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

  1. Correct Product
  2. Complete Product
  3. Unused Product
  4. Undamaged Product
  5. Undamaged Packaging

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel orders that aren’t dispatched yet:

  • Go to my account in https://marketplace.www.cropway.com/
  • In the ‘Manage Orders’ section select item.
  • After selecting item that you want to cancel and click Cancel items.
  • Provide reasons for cancellation (optional).
  • Click on Cancel Checked Items.

Note: In case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse to accept it.
To cancel the order that is shipped directly by the Seller and not by Cropway:

  • Go to Your Orders in https://marketplace.www.cropway.com/
  • In the ‘Manage Orders’ section select item.
  • Please contact the seller to Request Cancellation option
  • Please contact the seller to request cancellation
